Simple yet effective. This lunch was freaking awesome.

My lunch was sooo good. Spinach salad with avocado, tomato, almonds, sunflower seeds, peppers and onion tossed in olive oil and this new dressing that is nothing red wine vinegar, sea salt, and spices.

Then I seasoned steak with sea salt a d Cajun seasoning. Sautéed with mushrooms, onions, peppers, added black beans and corn. Had two bowls of food with two huge cups of water. It was awesome!! I want to have a bowl of veggies along with my main bowl at lunch and dinner.
